The Oldham Athletic Her Game Too Team would like to wish our wonderful Chairman the very best of luck as he takes on another epic charity challenge.
On 12 December, Frank Rothwell will race solo across the Atlantic in the World’s Toughest Row for Alzheimer's Reseach UK.
Here at Her Game Too we are utterly in awe of Frank and his commitment, strength and dedication to raising funds for such a worthy cause.
Frank will row solo 3,000-miles across the world’s second largest ocean, from the Canary Islands to Antigua, and this will be the second time that he has taken on this race for the charity.
The last time he did it, he raised over a million pounds and he would love to beat his previous achievement.
As a group, we have all put in our donations. And because we have been so inspired by Frank, we are also going to donate an additional £2 for every Oldham goal between now and the end of the season (here's hoping it's a big tally for more reasons than one!).
